Sure. To install the theme on your server, we require the following information:

• FTP or SFTP credentials, including the host, username, password, and target directory
• The URL address of the new installation
• MySQL database login credentials, including the hostname, username, password, and database name

We can also explore alternative installation methods, such as remote desktop or VPN. It's important to note that we do not need access to your hosting control panel or phpMyAdmin for the installation process.

Can you build a theme using our existing markup?

We'll review the HTML and inform you of any code issues that need attention before moving forward with WordPress theme development. If there are issues, we'll offer a separate quote for resolving them.

Can you help me with customizing my existing WordPress site?

Will the converted website be responsive and mobile-friendly?

Absolutely. We ensure that every website built from your Figma or Canva designs is fully responsive and looks great on all devices — desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

Can I review the HTML for my project before you begin the WordPress development phase?

Yes, if you choose Advanced Custom Fields, we'll let you review and approve the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript after testing before we begin WordPress development. However, if you chose Elementor or another page builder, we'll skip this step and go right into WordPress development.

Can I view examples of WordPress websites and dashboards you've previously coded?

Due to our non-disclosure agreements (NDA), we can't display all our work publicly. However, if you're interested, please email us, and we'll provide you with some projects suitable for sharing.

Can you maintain the same branding and style from my Figma or Canva design?

Each project includes one free site migration to standard web hosts. We typically launch sites from Monday to Thursday (excluding holidays) with at least 1 business day's notice. While we can send your site files on Fridays, please note that we do not offer site migrations on Fridays as our team is unavailable on weekends to address any post-launch emergencies or issues.

Will my WordPress site load fast?

Yes, your WordPress site will load quickly. We optimize our WordPress development to ensure fast loading times, providing a smooth and efficient user experience.

What types of design files are compatible with your services?

We still accept older formats like PSD, AI, Sketch, and InDesign, but these are considered outdated. Today, most designers prefer modern tools such as Figma, Canva, and Framer. To ensure a smooth workflow, please submit your files in one of the following formats:

• Figma with downloadable assets (Please provide full access—not just preview—so we can download all design assets.)
• Canva with downloadable assets (Ensure full access is granted, not just a view-only link.)
• Framer project link or files
• Framer Exported HTML to Manual HTML: Please provide FTP details. We will recode the website from scratch using clean HTML/CSS.
• Canva Exported HTML to Manual HTML: Please provide FTP access. We will manually recode the site from the exported structure.

Do you offer rush delivery?

Certainly, we provide rush delivery options for our WordPress development projects. If you have a tight deadline, just inform us, and we'll collaborate with you to meet your schedule. Additionally, for Premium orders, we are available to work on weekends, including Sundays.

Do you provide the installation of essential WordPress plugins without any extra fees?

Yes, we install essential WordPress plugins as part of our service at no additional cost. These plugins are important for the core functionality and security of your website.
