What happen after I just subscribed?
Upon confirming your subscription and payment, we'll send you a link to access the Slack/Basecamp project management tool. Once you accept, our project manager will configure your account and dashboard. We will complete this entire process within the next 24 hours.
Is there a maximum limit on the number of requests I can make?
Once you sign up, you have the ability to add numerous coding requests to your list. We will handle these requests one by one. According to the subscription plan, we handle only one project at a time.
How long does it typically take to receive my request?
The time it takes depends on your requirement. Simple tasks like HTML or Email conversion (1 page) usually take 1 or 2 days, depending on the complexity. For WordPress (1 page), it might take 2-3 days. We'll review your designs and inform you of the timeframe before starting.
If you have something urgent, we can assign an additional developer to code and deliver it as soon as possible.
Do you offer a free trial?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our work, we do not offer a free trial. You can order a fixed-price project on our order page to see our work. If you're satisfied, you can subscribe to our unlimited plan. Hope this works for you.
Does your subscription cover web design?
Our web development subscription includes Design to HTML, Design to WordPress, and Design to Email template conversion, along with related small tasks. We don't provide design services. We've been a dedicated PSD to HTML and WordPress agency since 2006.
What if I don't like the coding?
No worries! We'll continue to coding until you're 100% satisfied.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?

How can I cancel my subscription?
Your monthly subscription will automatically renew every 30 days. To cancel, reach out to us at support@xhtmlteam.com. Keep in mind that your subscription will conclude at the end of the current period. After cancellation, you will not be billed for the next payment cycle.
