Please note :
- The homepage is priced higher than inner page because we need to create the initial styles and scripts for the homepage from scratch. Inner pages will use the same standard structure, which is why the homepage costs more than the inner pages.
- If you send an Adobe XD file, please provide an Adobe XD Development Link with downloadable assets . If it's a Figma link, please grant permission for us to access the design files without needing to log in.
- If you have any instructions or project notes, please include them in your order. Any requested changes after project completion will incur charges because it's additional work beyond the initial scope.

How does XHTMLTEAM handle the process of turning design into code?
When working on HTML/CSS, we begin by coding the first page (usually the homepage) and share it with you for review. Once you give the green light, we proceed with the inner pages. If you're a returning customer, you can place your order, and we'll send you the HTML when it's completed. Since we're familiar with each other's coding formats and styles, the process is streamlined.
What types of design files are compatible with your services?
We still accept older formats like PSD, AI, Sketch, and InDesign, but these are considered outdated. Today, most designers prefer modern tools such as Figma, Canva, and Framer. To ensure a smooth workflow, please submit your files in one of the following formats:
- Figma with downloadable assets (Please provide full access—not just preview—so we can download all design assets.)
- Canva with downloadable assets (Ensure full access is granted, not just a view-only link.)
- Framer project link or files
- Framer Exported HTML to Manual HTML: Please provide FTP details. We will recode the website from scratch using clean HTML/CSS.
- Canva Exported HTML to Manual HTML: Please provide FTP access. We will manually recode the site from the exported structure.
Do you sign an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) ?

Yes, we incorporate custom fonts as required. Please remember to supply licensed font files along with your design files. There are no additional charges for this service.
Can you create layouts using popular CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation?
Yes, we have experience and often receive orders for Twitter Bootstrap, Foundation, Semantic UI, and Tailwind Frameworks. If you want to use one of these frameworks, just let us know when you place your order. There is no additional cost for this.
What information do you require to start working on my project?
Please provide detailed instructions, and if your file isn't a PSD, include JPG or PDF previews for reference.
Do you offer commented markup?
Sure, we include comments in our code to make future updates easy. Even someone with basic HTML and CSS knowledge can modify the site.
Do you offer a testing platform or environment?
Yes, after completing the work, we upload the files to our testing server and share the link with you for your review. Once you're happy with it and any revisions are done, we send you the source files.
Do you use any Automated Software?
Absolutely not. Our team of expert developers hand-codes everything meticulously, ensuring pixel-perfect HTML and CSS.
Can you handle a big Project?
Yes, we have the capability to handle large projects effectively and efficiently. Our experienced team is well-equipped to manage the demands of substantial projects.
Do I need to give you mobile and tablet designs for my project?
If you have specific ideas for how your website should look on mobile and tablet, you can send separate designs for those. If not, we'll handle it using your desktop design as a reference and make it work well on mobile and tablet screens.
I'm in a hurry and have a tight deadline. When can I see the first draft?
If you're in a rush, we highly recommend opting for Premium package or reaching out through chat/email to discuss your needs before placing an order.
Will you upload the website to my hosting to make it live?
Certainly, we offer this service without extra charges. Please provide us with your Hosting Control Panel URL, Username, and Password before we start working on it.
